From your electronic device, open up your internet browser and go to UNIONSAFE141.ORG.
Save the URL on your phone apps for quick access.
From any page, scroll down until you come to the "SEND PICTURE OR FILE OF INCIDENT BELOW" section.
Send picture or file of incident below

Add a File
E-mail (optional)
Hazard-station/city
Send
Send
From the file upload section, click the "Add a File" button. (choose file you want to upload) You can add more than one file.
Add optional e-mail address.
Include reported hazard, station or city.
Click "Send". Your information will be then implemented into the data base for tracking.
